The Copious Heart of CNY is a dedicated non-profit organization that fosters stability and dignity for neighbors in Central New York. We provide essential needs—including nutritious meals, hygienic products, and seasonal clothing. We also offer vital educational resources for those seeking guidance to address the root causes of food, financial, and health insecurity. Through our initiatives, we strive for a healthier, more equitable community.
